In accordance with Federal Law No. 99-FZ of 4 May 2011 ‘On Licensing Certain Types of Activities’ and the rules established by Government Decree No. 1062, activities related to the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralisation, and placement of Class I–IV hazardous waste are subject to licensing.

In accordance with the law, all types of licences are indefinite, subject to certain requirements. In case of non-compliance with the established requirements, as well as in case of changes in the law, the licence must be reissued.

Vertical planning projects are created in accordance with the provisions established by Order No. 740/pr. of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation dated 25 April 2017.
The project is an urban planning document that defines the layout and zoning of the territory. It aims to improve the existing terrain, surface water drainage system, optimise traffic and pedestrian flow, and provides for engineering, communications, cultural and social infrastructure.

All enterprises have a negative impact on the environment during the production process and are subject to control by environmental protection agencies. The legislative framework regulating the impact of economic activity on the environment is extensive.
